I made calls of that shape for Wall Street banks, insurers, and an internet-scale platform for twenty years. I make them now for AI programs.
Advise enterprise leadership on AI-native transformation. Define target operating models built around a central intelligence layer, and direct forward-deployed engineering teams shipping production agents into core systems through a governed services layer, with access scoping, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and audit logging designed in rather than retrofitted.
Founded an AI and applied-mathematics IP company building audit-grade, regulation-ready numerical computing for safety-critical industries. Co-inventor on ten patents pending, prosecuted by Cozen O’Connor. Led the initial funding round; admitted to Microsoft for Startups. Operate from both chairs, strategist and engineer: 2,000+ hours of hands-on agentic development building the intelligence layer the business runs on.
Owned end-to-end execution of a $100M cross-functional program portfolio spanning security, infrastructure, product engineering, data, and business operations at internet scale. Built the planning, prioritization, governance, and funding process directing capital and engineering capacity across business units, and ran executive reporting on portfolio health, milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers.
Owned enterprise security operations, governance, and incident response at internet scale. Deployed AI-powered detection and response platforms. Designed an ML-based vulnerability management platform integrating real-time threat intelligence, automated scanning, and risk prioritization. Built the KPI dashboards that gave leadership real-time visibility into detection, escalation, and resolution.
Led a cybersecurity and infrastructure advisory practice serving major Wall Street and global financial institutions. Owned C-level relationships, third-party and vendor management, and end-to-end program delivery.
